North Kelvinside -> River Kelvin -> Vet School -> and back (with Isla in baby jogger)
9.2 miles in 1:07, average pace 7:15/mile (146 bpm, 70% working heart rate)
Notes: running with the baby jogger does slow me down some, especially on hills, around gates/curbs, and where the path gets rough; but the important thing for these runs is the duration and appropriate effort.
