Soft touch Melby l'm sitting here amazed that your still churning out the miles in sub zero temps then l happened to noticed that your running on treadmills.............come on Ben what has happened to the Strong Ginger Nuttered Runner l know ?

I admit to wimping out. I used to run in this all the time. The past few days have hung around -15 C with more snow now. I'll gladly ski in this, but the treadmill will do just fine for my runs!
