B&B near Cellardyke -> Anstruther harbor -> Fife coastal trail to Crail harbor and back
7.5 miles steady in 46:00, average pace 6:09/mile
Notes: effort was stronger than the pace suggests due to the rocky underfoot conditions along the coastal trail to Crail; felt great running in such a beautiful place - the East Neuk is one of my favorite places to visit.
