Canal -> Lock 27 -> Great Western -> Maryhill (with neighbor Scott)

Splits: 7.58, 7.08, 7.12, 7.23, 7.03, 6.52, 6.55/pace

Notes: evening run, 6 degrees (43 F) wind and rain graciously departed just before the run; easy pace, didn't feel yesterday's run in my legs at all (like I usually do post-long run); my neighbor is in much better shape than I imagined as he wasn't even breathing hard! and for someone who's "not a runner" (turns out he's a boxer!) may be I can convince him to join Garscube...then our club motto can be, "If you can't beat 'em, BEAT 'em"
