Notes: beautiful, sunny spring morning; nothing like running barefoot on dewy grass; it revitalizes one's running and just feels good; stepping on the occasional thorn does nothing to detract from its joy (I'll let you know if the same can be said for stepping in dog feces, though hopefully that never happens!)
